These terms explain how the DreamLuna site can be used and how the purchase relationship will work when commerce opens.

You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material or misuse DreamLuna content and marks.
Products and availability
Product descriptions, colors, availability and release timing may change before checkout opens. We aim to present products accurately, but screens and lighting can affect how colors appear.
Orders and payment
The current checkout is a front-end preview and does not place an order or take payment. When commerce opens, an order will be accepted only after payment authorization and an order confirmation is issued.
Returns and delivery
Eligible purchases will be governed by the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy shown on this site at the time of order. Those policies form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The DreamLuna name, identity, copy, imagery and site design belong to Dream Luna Limited or their respective licensors. Site access does not transfer any ownership rights.
Responsibility and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, DreamLuna is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the site. We may update these terms as the service evolves.
