When sales open, eligible One Tee purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The promise is designed to give you time to understand how the piece fits your real life.
Return condition
Items should be returned with the product and any included components. We may decline a return where an item is intentionally damaged, altered, or sent back without the original product.
Starting a return
Use the Contact page with the order email and order number. Return instructions and the applicable return label will be provided after the request is reviewed.
Return delivery
For eligible United States returns under the 30-day promise, DreamLuna intends to cover standard return delivery. The confirmed return address and carrier process will be published before checkout opens.
Refund timing
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method after the return is received and checked. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to display the credit.
Faults and order issues
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us promptly with the order details and a clear description so we can make it right.
