What to expect from processing, delivery and tracking when the first DreamLuna release opens in the United States.

The first DreamLuna release is planned for delivery within the United States. Available destinations will be confirmed by the address options shown at checkout.
Delivery options
The checkout preview shows complimentary ground delivery and an express option. Final services, prices and cut-off times will be confirmed before commerce opens.
Processing and estimates
Estimated delivery windows begin after an order is processed. Release periods and unusually high demand may extend processing time; any material delay will be communicated using the order email.
Tracking
When an order ships, a dispatch message will include tracking information where the carrier provides it. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.
Address changes
Check the delivery address before placing an order. Contact us quickly if something is wrong; an address cannot always be changed after fulfilment begins.
Delivery problems
For a delayed, damaged or missing delivery, contact us with the order number. We will review the carrier record and explain the available next step.
